Today’s smoothie ingredients (serves 2):

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1.5 cups spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple
