We are officially kicking off May and this thick blend of berries could not be more appropriate!
Today’s smoothie ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1.5 cups mixed fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries), washed and frozen beforehand
- 2 cups spinach (fresh or frozen)
- .5 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon macqui berry powder
- 2 ice cubes
Benefits:
