Recipe for today’s power shake:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup of water
- 6 dates
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (pre-soak in water)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
